Shipping policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the shipping terms below and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Processing Time.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 Le Vian Business Days (Monday- Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Fridays 9:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST, excluding weekends, national holidays, and other days designated as blackout dates, please contact customer service for a full schedule of Le Vian Black Out Dates) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Costs, times, and restrictions.

All orders shipping in the domestic US for in-stock items ship free of charge with UPS (Ground), USPS, and/or FedEx (Ground or Home Delivery).

Standard domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

Customers can select expediated shipping at checkout for an additional cost. 

Expediated shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for expediated shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

At this time, we are only able to provide domestic shipping. Regretfully, we cannot accept any P.O. Box orders, international addresses, or military addresses. 

3.Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please contact Customer Service to initiate acceptable returns. All returns are subject to our full Return and Refund policy.
